For refugee travel documents or certificates of identity
The Ministerial Centre for Members of Parliament and Senators (MCMPS) of IRCC has a new online scheduling system for general and case-specific enquiries.
You can also use the online system for enquiries about immigration, refugee and citizenship applications.
How to create a Liaison Services account
- Send your contact information to IRCC.CSECSCMPQuestion-QuestionDeputeCSCSCM.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.
- Make sure you use your parliamentary or senate email address and give us your preferred contact information.
To book an appointment
- Visit the Liaison Services website(opens in a new tab).
- Enter the username and password we sent you.
- Select the date and time for the appointment, and confirm the name of the person the MCMPS agent will be speaking to.
- You’ll get a confirmation email after making the appointment.
Submitting documents to the MCMPS team
If you have documents that you want to submit on behalf of a constituent, email us at IRCC.CSECSCMPQuestion-QuestionDeputeCSCSCM.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.
Make sure you use this subject line: MCMPS attachment - Fichier joint CMDS [add the application number here].
You also need to include all of the following information:
- Name
- List your name.
- Office
- List the name of the member of Parliament or senator.
- Constituent or applicant’s full name
- Give us the complete name of your constituent, including all middle names.
- Constituent or applicant’s date of birth
- Application number
