The Ministerial Centre for Members of Parliament and Senators (MCMPS) of IRCC has a new online scheduling system for general and case-specific enquiries.

You can also use the online system for enquiries about immigration, refugee and citizenship applications.

How to create a Liaison Services account

To book an appointment
  • Visit the Liaison Services website(opens in a new tab).
  • Enter the username and password we sent you.
  • Select the date and time for the appointment, and confirm the name of the person the MCMPS agent will be speaking to.
    • You’ll get a confirmation email after making the appointment.

Submitting documents to the MCMPS team

If you have documents that you want to submit on behalf of a constituent, email us at IRCC.CSECSCMPQuestion-QuestionDeputeCSCSCM.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.

Make sure you use this subject line: MCMPS attachment - Fichier joint CMDS [add the application number here].
