Learn how to apply for this permanent residence application for families of victims of Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752.

This program is using the TR to PR pathway category

Although you are paying fees and submitting forms under the TR to PR pathway, this does not mean that you are applying for permanent residence under the TR to PR pathway. Based on the information that you are submitting, you will be assessed under the Permanent residence pathway for certain family members of victims of PS752.

  1. Get your forms and documents ready

    You must use the Document checklist (IMM 0257) to make sure you include all forms and documents you need.

    You must declare all your family members on your application, even if they don’t plan to come to Canada with you. If you don’t, you won’t be able to sponsor them later.

          • For question 2, select “TR to PR pathway”
            This does not mean that you are applying for permanent residence under the TR to PR pathway. Based on the information that you are submitting, you will be assessed under the Permanent Residence Pathway for certain family members of victims of PS752.
          • For question 6, as you must intend to live outside of the province of Quebec, parts a), b), and c) are not applicable and can be left blank.

  2. Pay your application fees

    Fees: From $1,210

    You have to pay your fees online and include the receipt with your application. After you pay, print the receipt and include it with your application.

    Processing fees You need to pay processing fees for you and anyone you include on your application.
    Right of permanent residence fee You need to pay the right of permanent residence fee before your application is approved.
    Biometrics fee

    In most cases, you’ll pay a biometrics fee when you submit your application. If you don’t, your application may be delayed.

    This fee covers the cost of collecting fingerprints and a digital photo.

    1. Put your application package into an envelope

      Don’t use staples, binders, plastic sleeves, folders or albums to submit your application. You can use elastic bands or paper clips to attach photos

      Place the document checklist on top of your complete application package, as a cover to your application package

    2. Check your application to make sure you:

      •  answer all questions
      •  print and sign all your forms
      •  have the receipt for your fees
      •  have all your supporting documents in the order listed
    3. Mail your complete application

      We won’t accept your application at any other office.

      If you forget something, we’ll send your application back to you without processing it.

      If your application is incomplete, we’ll return it. You’ll have to fix any errors and then re-submit it.

Track your application

If you submit a paper application, we recommend that you use a postal or courier service with a tracking number to ensure you get proof that your application was delivered to the IRCC office.
