A systemic investigation into the identification of mental health needs and support for Primary Reserve members participating in domestic operations—Report
September 2023
The goal of this investigation was to determine how the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces (DND/CAF) treated Primary Reserve members comparatively to Regular Force members in the identification of their mental health needs and provision of mental health support before, during, and after domestic operations.
