If you’re doing your own taxes and want an Express NOA, you must be:

• fully registered for My Account;
• registered for email notifications; and
• using a NETFILE-certified software.

If someone is helping you file your taxes, ask them for an Express NOA. To authorize a tax preparer or family member/friend to be your representative, follow the steps on the Authorizing an individual page.
