Retrieving rejected individual records
The downloadable file of rejected records will be available in both My Business Account and Represent a Client. We will only notify you of any rejected individual records by email. Make sure to provide us with a valid email address of the contact person for your tax-free savings account (TFSA) RZ program account.
You can download rejected records using the “Download rejected TFSA individual records” service at:
- My Business Account, if you are the business owner
- Represent a Client, if you are an authorized employee or representative
