ARCHIVED - Toolkit
During Canada’s Healthy Workplace Month (CHWM), managers, employees, and organizations across the Defence Team are encouraged to share resources and organize activities within their units/teams to promote the importance of building and maintaining a healthy workplace.
The toolkit contains a list of suggested activities to help guide the planning process, and also contains a list of links and shareable resources. Activities and resources have been organized using the four themes of CHWM: Workplace Culture and Mental Health, Healthy Lifestyles; Physical Environment; and Corporate Social Responsibility.
By taking the time to come together, talk about and experience healthy workplace activities, we contribute to building a more positive and healthy workplace.
We encourage you and your team to take the Healthy Workplace Challenge during October.
