I have know our Queen for all my life. I never saw her except to wave a flag as a kid when her motor parade went by… too small to see anything but I waved frantically. I lived in Liverpool England at that time and like many families we loved and were loyal to the “ Royals”.

I've only known one monarch of the British Empire since my birth. Regardless of how I felt of my country's politics in general, you always seemed to rise above it all, a welcome reminder of nobility (something politics doesn't always remember to evoke). The closest I've come to meeting you or anyone in your family was seeing Buckingham Palace from the distance of a tour group, about 20 years ago. May you rest in peace, and may the Royal Family find comfort in good memories and good company.
Thank you, Your majesty for 70 years of perfect service. We will never see the same in our lifetime of such dedication to one's subjects. May you rest in peace.

Her majesty Queen Elizabeth the second has been a very special person not just here in Canada but the world. She was a strong staple in the world these last 70 years as her royal highness and had been an eternal force of comfort for millions. There will never be another person quite like her and my thoughts are with her family and I hope her son, his highness King Charles the Third will continue her legacy with dignity and grace.
I remember walking down our cul -de- sac and my father placing me on his shoulders to see her motorcade travel up Brimley road. It was an early 70’s visit to Canada. I have nothing but respect and admiration for her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. I am very sadden by her passing. I wish to express my deepest sympathy to the family.
Rest In Peace my Queen.
Your Majesty, thank you for being such a wonderful Monarch. Throughout my teen years I have worked tirelessly to inform my family members of the importance of respecting the Monarchy and it’s continues role in society. It was my wish that you may continue leading for another 70 years. Thank you, Your Majesty.
The Queen was such a wonderful example of strength, wisdom & dignity. All women can be proud such an amazing lady set an example for us. She will be dearly missed.
You can finally rest, Beautiful Queen. <3
~Rest In Peace~
My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. She was a great Queen and she will be dearly missed
Our hearts are broken with the loss of this great lady. She will live in the hearts of many in our memories.
What a life you have lived. Not everyone is perfect, but for all the good you have done. Thank you. Long love the queen!
Thank you for your many years of service your Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll. You have inspired so many people throughout your life and continue to do so today. May your memory be eternal and live on in each of us. Rest in Peace
We honour our late and majestic queen. You’ve the queen of Canada and the greatest queen I’ve known.
The great Sara Caldwell once said, “Every once in awhile there comes a moment of magic and people can live on moments of magic.” Your Majesty, you were that moment of magic for us. Rest in peace.
God save the Queen I said that every morning in school, about 300 times a year with assemblies. I was only one child of 40 ish thousand in Canadian schools saying prayer for the queen.
I believe for how many prays said for this one lady ...she has some pull for a restful eternity. I trust she passed knowing she had a full long life. Queen Elizabeth you will be remembered as you are the only queen I've met.
Elizabeth the Great
I feel like I lost a grandmother yesterday, I’ve been dreading this news.
My deepest sympathy goes out to the Royal family, friends and staff.
You have such a blessing to everyone. We honour you, we miss you, and are so happy that you are now finally able to rest from a 70 year career that was 24/7. Memory Eternal, Your Majesty!
A great woman was lost, to us. To have known about such a historic figure. May she rest easy. Long lived the Queen.
The loss of such an amazing person is for us all very sad but for her loved ones it must be unbearable and to have to do it in public is heartbreaking. My thoughts are with her family, the British citizens and the rest of the world as we all deal with an incredible loss. May she R.I.P
Her majesty the Queen will be missed
Miss you forever! RIP
We shall miss Queen Elizabeth too and send our condolences to all the Royal family. From your family in Canada
My condolences to the Royal Family, we will all miss our beloved Queen Elizabeth, She is the only monarch i ever knew, i will miss seeing her, God Bless King Charles and Queen Camilla.
Condolences to the Royal family
The Queen reminded me of the grandmother I never met. She was loving and kind, exactly how I imagined my grandmother to be. I found her elegant, intelligent, charming and witty. She was to me a selfless mother for all the world, and not only commanded respect, but was worthy of it. The crown could not have landed on a greater person. May she rest in peace, and be forever in our hearts.
Another little piece of my heart was broken yesterday. My own mother, who passed away in 2016, resembled Her Majesty so much that she was often compared to our Queen. I carry a jeweled crown in my purse to remind me of my mother...and now I will think of Queen Elizabeth II as well, whenever I pull out this crown. Thank you for your service and for your close connection with, and love for, my country of Canada. May you rest in peace
I love the Queen very much. When i heard the Queen passed away i can not believe. I expect the Queen live till her 100 birthday but unfortunately this not happen.
Forever our Queen. Rest In Peace.
May God place her at His right hand and watch over us!
Heartfelt condolences to the family of the Queen. She was not only our Queen but a much loved and respected Queen. She was a wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin, grandmother and great grandmother. A wonderful legacy to leave her family. May her family feel the love from Oakville Ontario Canada. God Bless the Queen.
May you Rest In Peace.
You will be missed.
My deepest condolences to the family of Queen Elizabeth who was
a most beautiful and gracious lady.
I am a first-generation BIPOC immigrant, but I recognize the Queen as a symbol that brings a lot of people across the realm together. In this ever-changing world, she is the symbol of constancy, also a personal embodiment of the institution that reminds us why Canada is not simply a young nation of short history, but rather a nation built on the legacy of an ancient civilization. I wish the Queen may rest in peace and all the best to King Charles III and his family members.
Sending my heartfelt sympathy to King Charles III and all members of the Royal Family in the loss of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I am a proud Canadian and I was so happy when her Majesty called Canada her second home.
Thankyou for your decades of faithful and steadfast service. You will be sorely missed my Gracious Queen. I will miss singing God Save The Queen, but I close with God Save The King.
R.I.P the Queen! Her Majesty! Thanks for your service for the last 7 decades. You were remarkable and will be remembered as the QUEEN!
My condolences to the royal family on the loss of your beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Let the fondest memories provide comfort in your journey through this loss.
May you Rest in Peace your Majesty. You served your people well. I was in Girl Guides when you visited Halifax so manny years ago.
May God keep her in the Light of the Kingdom without end!
She will always be remembered as our Queen. Her passing is great loss to everyone.
Forever Loved
I would like to pass on my deepest heartfelt condolences to the family of our beloved Queen Elizabeth II. She was a beautiful person inside and out and she will be greatly missed by the Commonwealth and beyond! I am truly honoured to have watched her lifelong journey and proud to have called her my Queen! You are now pain & worry free and again reunited with your beloved Philip, your family and all who have gone before! R.I.P. dear Elizabeth!”
To the Royal Family of Great Britain, it was with great sadness that I heard of the sudden passing of your matriarch, Queen Elizabeth II. My own mother, Mary Elizabeth, died from COVID last year and it seems to me that she may have been named after the Queen as she was born 8 years after the monarch. Somehow, this has made Elizabeth's passing particularly upsetting to me.
My heart aches to hear this news. I’m praying for everyone.
I’m not one to subscribe to systems such as a monarchy but I suppose my mother’s interest in the Queen when I was a child influenced me & I actually liked her … she seemed to be very lovely person. She will be missed dearly
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was and always will be an icon. 70 year reign. Something no one in this generation has ever seen. To the family, my dearest condolences and to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, may she rest in peace :(
God speed, thank you for all you have done. Your love of animals. Even though you were Queen you seemed like our mom, grandma, or human. God bless the King Charles III.
Rest in Peace.
My Deepest Condolences to the Royal family. May Her Majesty Rest In Peace
