Chemicals Management Plan risk management actions table
The following table is a list of published Chemical Management Plan (CMP) risk management actions (proposed or final), for substances that are concluded to be harmful to the environment and/or human health, under section 64 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA). It represents risk management actions that, have been taken under various Acts since January 1, 2006. This table does not include risk management actions that have been taken outside of the CMP program, nor actions that were proposed that are no longer being pursued.
This table is updated annually, last update: December 2023.
